Terms & Policies

Payment Policy

Payment is due on receipt of invoice, unless otherwise specified.

Late payment: Outstanding invoices pending beyond 60 days from date of invoice are subject to suspension or cancellation of services, and termination afterward.

Payment Types Accepted: Cash, check, PayPal, credit and debit cards via PayPal. PayPal invoices sent on request. Recurring monthly payments can be arranged.

Credit Cards: A charge of 5% above the cost 3rd party goods or services will be applied to invoices for passthrough transactions. ie: Soley to reimburse us for 3rd party services. Applies to PayPal payments or credit card payment made via PayPal.

Cash payments: Received only at our office. Please let us know in advance so we may expect you. Exceptions may be made. For example: An outside meeting was scheduled for another purpose.

Website Development Terms

Website development and maintenance at hourly rates, Web hosting and CMS Maintenance, and domain name registration: Payment due on receipt.

Site development per proposal, for initial development and upgraded sites: Full balance due at the time the site goes live. 

Sites with invoices more than 60 days past due subject to suspension, and termination afterward.

Website Hosting Terms

Payment Terms: Payment for Web Hosting and CMS maintenance are due on date of invoice.

Sites with outstanding payment more than 60 days past invoice date are subject to suspension, and termination afterward.

Sites under suspension may, at our discretion, require $50 reinstatement fee, advance payment required.

Domain Name Registration Terms

Payment Terms: Payment for Domain Name registration are due on date of invoice.

Domain Name Registration Renewal: Renewals invoiced more than 30 days in advance and not paid by renewal time will not be renewed.

Domain Renewal After Suspension: Domain registrar suspends the domain after 12 days. Up to 30 days, an $80 renewal penalty is assessed by the registrar. Additionally, you will be billed for our time involved in handling renewals past suspension date. After the 30-day grace period, the domain is considered not redeemable. It may be released to the public for registration after approximately 75 days.

Applies to domains managed by WayNorth and held by GoDaddy registrar. Does not apply to other registrars that we may utilize on your behalf. See individual registrar for policies and terms.

Refunds

Annual Web Hosting: Prior to date of renewal, 100%, within 30 days of renewal date, 75%; within 90 days, 50%; within 180 days, 25%; after 180 days, 0%.

Domain Name Registration: Annual renewals are paid to the registrar and are not refundable.
